My concept

Chez le Belge is not a traditional restaurant. Here, everything is homemade, everything is bought after ordering, and everything is prepared, served and managed by one person: me, Jean-Jacques.

A kitchen without stock

To guarantee total freshness and preserve our artisanal reputation, I only work by reservation, with a minimum order of 24 hours before service. Without an order, my fridges remain empty - intentionally.

Thought specifically for you

A homemade cuisine, prepared only after your order, with products bought on the same day. Each dish is designed for your table, not for a standard menu.

An intimate service

Maximum 6 people and 2 tables per service. A quiet, warm, authentic moment, where you take the time to eat well.

The Belgian experience

An artisanal, warm, and deeply Belgian culinary experience. An honest, simple, generous cuisine, simmered like at home.

You are guests

At Chez le Belge, you are not customers: you are guests. Welcome to my private restaurant, where you eat well, simply and honestly.

​Surprise Menu – $33
For those who like to let themselves be carried away by the inspiration of the Belgian, I offer a Surprise Menu composed of: 
-An appetizer, 
-A dish, 
-A dessert, 
prepared at home according to the products of the day and the mood of the moment. 
This menu is available upon reservation at least 6 hours before your arrival. It respects the same principle as the rest: total freshness, zero stock, everything is made for you. 

And the classic menu? 

The dishes on the menu require a reservation 24 hours in advance, because each recipe is made only after ordering.
