Concept

Chez le Belge is not a traditional restaurant. Here, everything is made and bought after ordering, and everything is prepared, served and managed by one person: me, Jean-Jacques.

​Air‑conditioned

​My restaurant is fully air‑conditioned, offering a perfectly controlled, luxurious atmosphere all year long. From the first bite to the final coffee, comfort is guaranteed.

Thought specifically for you

A  cuisine prepared only after your order, with products bought for you. Each dish is designed for your table, not for a standard menu.  Without an order, my fridges remain empty - intentionally.

An intimate service

Maximum 6 people and 2 tables per service. A quiet, warm, authentic moment, where you take the time to eat well.

An artisanal, warm, and deeply Belgian culinary experience. An honest, simple, generous cuisine, simmered like at home.

​Surprise Menu   33 €
For those who like to let themselves be carried away by the inspiration of the Belgian, I offer a Surprise Menu composed of: 
-An appetizer, 
-A dish, 
-A dessert, 
prepared at home according to the products of the day and the mood of the moment. 
This menu is available upon reservation at least 6 hours before your arrival. It respects the same principle as the rest: total freshness, zero stock, everything is made for you. 

Formula drinks included  45€

-Beer, soft drink or wine
-Water and coffee included
