Chez Le Belge is a private restaurant where every meal is prepared, served and managed by one person, me... Jean-Jacques. Ingredients are purchased after your order, ensuring fresh and fully tailored cuisine.
To book, you must be a member: create an account, log in and access the availabilities. This system guarantees a private, controlled and limited culinary experience.
Here, you are not customers: you are guests, welcomed in an intimate, honest and deeply human place.

The restaurant is fully air‑conditioned, offering a stable and pleasant atmosphere in every season. The temperature remains soft from the first amuse‑bouche to the final coffee.
Whether during Ardèche heatwaves or cooler evenings, the ambiance stays perfectly controlled.

Thought specifically for you
Nothing here is standard: every dish is created for your table, never for a menu. Fridges remain intentionally empty between services to guarantee absolute freshness.
Ingredients are purchased specifically for you and prepared in‑house with an artisanal, demanding approach.

Maximum 6 guests and 2 tables per service, for a calm and warm atmosphere. Time is taken to truly savour each dish, far from the pace of a traditional restaurant.
